The appetite for stunning, themed stations & for sharing-style guest interactions shows no sign of waning any time soon.

Tacos, crostini, tapas are all hot favourites but for a real wow factor enter the bao station.

Our stations work equally well at a press day, corporate launch, photo shoot lunch or a wedding banquet.

The fillings can feature lots of vegan or plant-based items such as sticky tofu, shimeji mushrooms & broccolini buns or more traditional crispy hoisin duck & char siu pork options. We try to keep things as local as we can when sourcing Asian ingredients & look for British growers & producers like Yorkshire tofu.

Giant steamer baskets brimming with buns & stunning vessels of fillings are interspersed with endless yummy, accompaniments, including our house made pickles, kimchis, & sauces for the ultimate build-your-own-bun experience. We can add mini noodle boxes of sides & salads, rice, noodles & colourful fresh summer rolls to create something more substantial.

For extra theatre we elevate the mise-en-scene with lots of glossy, deep green tropical foliage & let you take a bao!
