There are so many invitations flying around over the festive season, so a really special knees-up that stands out from the crowd is the only way to get great guests, a good turnout and have a really enjoyable celebration.
The cookie-cutter parties held in large venues, shared with other corporate clients have their place, but to our mind, they just don’tcut it!
The food, drink & entertainment have little originality or tailoring to client’s tastes and needs.
Planning is fundamental to the success of any event and this is our area of expertise.
Time & place
Decide your date & time and make sure it works around other big parties, which may be competing for your guests’ commitment.
Confirm your venue and send out a save the date.
A venue like the Dickens museum is the ultimate incarnation of Christmas with the entire Christmas Carol heritage attached.
Food & Drink
For endless variety and creativity look no further. We will suggest the perfect food and drink menus & make sure there is an abundance of whatever you choose. We use only the best ingredients and all is handmade in our kitchens – no bulk buy off-the-shelf from us
Themes & variations
Creating a look or mood through colours, props or full theming is going to make your celebration stand out from the crowd. And Christmas themes don’t have to be the old chestnuts. Some of the parties we are theming this year include a gothic Victorian “Penny Dreadful” Christmas, complete with Victorian street hawkers serving fried fish, oysters, pea-soup, penny pies, plum ‘duff,’ meat-puddings, baked potatoes, spice-cakes, muffins & crumpets, Chelsea buns, braziers of roasting chestnuts, sweetmeats & brandy-balls.
Drinks like dandelion & burdock, ginger beer, lemonade, spiced rum, hot fragrant cordials, gin “sherbets” & absinthe fountains.
Circus freaks, sword swallowers, magicians & dark entertainments complete the picture.
Other client’s are holding a Simon Cowell-style talent show which we are pre-producing, stage managing & supplying a celebrity mc, panel and audience voting system as well as providing a tailor-made 3 course dinner menu, a band & dancing with customized interactive light shows created by the audience’s mobile phones.
So you don’t have to the suffer sad, curled-up leftovers of the party world
Time is marching on and the prime dates & venues are booking fast, so get in touch if you’d like us to get our Claus into your Christmas party.
